    What Are Disposal Bin Rentals?

    Our services drop off and pick up disposal bins at your specified location.

    Can I Leave the Bin on the Street?

    You will need to obtain a road occupancy permit, which you can apply for at your local city office.

    How Many Different Sizes of Disposal Bins Do You Have Available?

    What Size Garbage or Waste Bin Should I Order?

    This depends on the items you are disposing of. For home renovations or cleaning out storage, we would recommend ordering at least a 14 yard bin. For landscaping and removal of topsoil, dirt, concrete, etc. then we would suggest either a 6 yard or 14 yard bin. Use our Instant Quote Calculator to get a better idea of the size you need!

    How Can I See the Bins to Get a Better Idea of Their Actual Size?

    What if I Am Still Not Sure About Which Size Disposal Bin to Order?

    Give us a call at 1-800-444-BINS. Tell us the type of garbage you have, how much there is, and we will help you select a size. Please keep in mind that disposal bins cannot be overloaded for safety reasons. This will result in fines for both you and our company.

    Are There Any Items I Can’t Dispose of?

    We cannot dispose of cylinders, aerosol cans, tires, paint or any other type of hazardous waste.

    What is considered clean fill?

    Clean fill consists of material such as concrete, interlock, brick and block, dirt, grass, asphalt, or any combination of these. A clean fill bin cannot contain any other sort of material, or surcharges will apply.

    How much garbage can I get into your bins?

    We carry a wide selection of sizes. If you are unsure about the size of bin you need, contact us with details of the garbage you want to remove, and we will be able to help you decide. Please remember that bins cannot be overloaded, as it is considered unsafe and will result in fines for both you and our company.

    Will my driveway or property be damaged by the disposal bin?

    We are careful to place the disposal bins properly, by putting wood underneath the bin before it is dropped. This procedure ensures that your driveway or property is protected.

    Are there added fees to recycle my garbage?

    There are no additional fees to sort or recycle your garbage.

    How do I pay for the service?

    We accept all major credit cards. If paying by credit card, we will have it pre-authorized when you the order is placed, and process it only when the job is complete.

    How much advance notice should I provide?

    Two days notice is often sufficient. A few days in advance is preferable for weekends and holidays.

    How long may I keep the waste disposal bin for?

    Due to the large volume of customer requests, we limit our container rental to a 7 day period. Please contact us for details and rates if you require a longer rental period.

    Do you deliver bins early in the morning or late at night?

    Yes, just specify when you put in your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

    What do you do with the junk and garbage that you collect for disposal? Is it environmentally-friendly?

    All metals, paper, cardboard and wood items are sorted and recycled upon delivery.

    Do I need to be at my residence or business when you drop off the disposal bin?

    No, you do not need to be on site for a drop off.
